  • What are your rates for window cleaning ? Our rates vary based on your location (such as the Hartlepool area), the size of your property, and the type of clean (regular, or one-off). Contact us directly to receive an accurate, customized quote. 
  • What is included in a house standard clean? Standard cleans generally cover dusting, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Deep cleans target hard-to-reach or hidden grime. 
  • Do you handle end-of-tenancy cleans? Yes, but specific service availability depends on your local office. Please check with your local branch for exact move-out and end-of-tenancy availability
  • Do you use Eco products for cleaning ?  Yes, we always use environmentally safe products to protect your health and property

 

Scheduling & Attendance

 

  • Do I need to be home during the clean? Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to provide a spare key, garage code, or key safe so we can clean while they are at work or running errands. 
  • Can I request the same cleaner? Yes. We aim to assign the same cleaner or team to your property for every visit to ensure consistency and familiarity with your home.
  • What happens if my cleaner is sick? If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or holidays, your local office will quickly arrange cover with another fully vetted professional.

 

 

Equipment & Safety

 

  • Do you bring your own supplies? Policies vary depending on your specific package and local office. Some of our regular domestic services utilize the client's preferred products, while our deep and one-off cleans typically include all professional equipment. 
  • Are your cleaners vetted? Yes. we are a family based business and any staff we use form time to time is vetted
  • Are you insured? Absolutely. All of our cleaning services are fully insured to protect your property against any accidental damage

 

Adjustments & Cancellations

 

  • Can I change or skip a clean? Yes, we offer full flexibility. Simply notify your local branch 24 to 48 hours in advance to make changes, skip a visit, or add extra hours.
  • What is your satisfaction guarantee? We stand by our customer satisfaction promise. If you aren't happy with any aspect of your clean, just let us know within 48 hours, and we will return to rectify the issue at no extra charge
